Another day of great weather greeted the girls as they played in the Club Foursomes and Shylie Rymill Net Event; however the underhanded stars of the day belong to the crows, stealing balls at every opportunity even though whistles and shouts reverberated around the course with little effect.
This year’s Club Foursomes Champions came down to a play-off between the team of Vickie Snodgrass and Michelle Justin against Rosie Legoe and Jacki Baker, both pairs had a respectable gross 90. Congratulations Vicki and Michelle, all the best when you represent the club in July. It was only fitting that the team to win the net event were team Rosie and Jacki, with a fine net 68.5.
Nearest the pin 3rd Vicki Snodgrass, 12th Megan Watson and 16th for two was Tori Riggs. Tori also won the 9 hole comp.
